It’s time to get moving! Whether it’s running, swimming, paddling or hiking, physical activity can be more than just a workout. It can also be a great way to fight cancer!

There are two ways to do it. Participate in an established local athletic challenge that currently supports the Canadian Cancer Society, or plan your own activity as a solo or team fundraiser. Either way, raising funds for the fight against cancer will be no sweat!
